Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking, and the rest MUST be paid in person before services can be rendered. It is important to book a consultation before booking a cleaning service so that we can tailor our services to what you need. The property must also be inspected for accurate fees/prices.
